Shake well before use. With your eyes and mouth closed, mist your face evenly, holding the bottle 4 to 5 inches away. Don't breathe in the mist. Allow to dry completely. Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying and at least every 2 hours.
