1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Das Parfum and Beauty Distribution 1912 GmbH.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract language, storage of the contract text
The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can view the contract text in your customer login.
4. Delivery conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs will apply. Further details on shipping costs can be found in the respective offers.
You generally have the option to collect your order from Das Parfum and Beauty Distribution 1912 GmbH, Zum Quellenpark 21, 65812 Bad Soden am Taunus during the following business hours: Monday to Friday 09:30 - 18:00.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Advance payment
If you select advance payment, we will provide our bank account details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Cash on delivery
You pay the purchase price directly to the delivery agent. An additional fee of EUR 5.60 applies, payable directly to the delivery agent.
Credit card
By submitting the order, you also provide us with your credit card details. After you have been verified as the lawful cardholder, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the contract is concluded. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card is charged.
SEPA direct debit
By placing the order, you issue us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date of the account debit (pre-notification). By submitting the SEPA mandate, we request our bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically and your account is debited.
The account will be debited after the goods have been dispatched.
The advance notice period for the debit date (pre-notification period) is immediate days.
PayPal
During the ordering process you will be redirected to PayPal’s website. To pay via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction to us. After you place the order in our shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal after the goods have been dispatched. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
Sofort
After submitting the order, you will be redirected to the website of Sofort GmbH. To pay via Sofort, you must have an online banking account activated for Sofort with PIN/TAN, authenticate yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. Further information is provided during the ordering process. The payment transaction is carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account is debited.
Amazon Pay
During the ordering process you will be redirected to Amazon’s website before you complete the ordering process in our online shop. To process the order and pay via Amazon, you must be registered there or register first and authenticate yourself with your login details. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon, confirm Amazon’s use of your data and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online shop where you can complete the ordering process.
Immediately after the order, we request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Amazon. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
Purchase on account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de
), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer purchase on account as a payment option.
Please note that Klarna invoice is only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case.
With Klarna invoice, you always receive the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days.

Cash payment on collection
You pay the invoice amount in cash upon collection.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
8. Warranty and guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
9. Promotion terms, discounts and promotional add-ons
9.1 We offer time-limited promotions (e.g. discounts, free samples, promotional add-ons). Scope, duration, participating products and minimum order values are defined in the respective promotion description in the shop and take precedence.
9.2 Promotional add-ons are granted only as long as the promotion requirements are met. If, due to withdrawal, (partial) return, cancellation or other reversal of the order, the required minimum order value is undercut, entitlement to the promotional add-on ends.
9.3 In this case, the promotional add-on must be returned. If it is not returned, we are entitled to offset the value of the promotional add-on against any refund claim.
10. Dispute resolution
Notice pursuant to Section 36 VSBG: We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
