1) Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Details can be found on our Right of Withdrawal page.

2) Return registration (recommended)
To help us match your return quickly, please email shop@dasparfum-beauty.de

in advance with:

  • your order number

  • the items you are returning

  • (if applicable) a brief note on their condition

3) Free return label (Germany)
For returns within Germany, we are happy to provide a free return label. Please use the email registration (see above).

4) Item condition, fair and clear
Please handle items as you would in a physical store (inspect, check carefully).

  • Items with a hygiene seal/sealing: If the seal has been removed or damaged, returns are excluded for hygiene and health protection reasons.

  • Diminished value/compensation: If goods are used beyond what is necessary for inspection, returned clearly damaged, or returned incomplete, the refund may be reduced accordingly. Compensation may, depending on the individual case, amount up to the full purchase price.

  • Gift cards/e-gift cards are excluded from returns/refunds.

5) Refunds: timing and scope
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the amount using the original payment method. Processing is usually quick, but the actual credit may take a few business days depending on the payment provider.

6) Promotional add-ons (minimum order value, e.g. Black Friday)
If a promotional add-on was included with your order, it is subject to the conditions stated in the promotion (e.g. minimum order value).

  • If returns/withdrawal cause the order value to fall below the minimum, entitlement to the promotional add-on ends.

  • In that case, please return the promotional add-on in full with your return.

  • If the promotional add-on is not returned, we reserve the right to offset its value against your refund.

Tip: Ideally, only open or test promotional add-ons once you are sure you will be keeping your order.
