Amouage ENCLAVE – the fjords of Musandam

The last rays of the sun disappear behind the fjords of Musandam. A cool, fresh breeze spreads, mixing with the warm, earthy notes of the cliffs. Land and sea meet and merge. The blue and green tones of the ocean are picked up with matching scent notes – Mint & Cardamom Oil bring the freshness of the infinite expanses. The surrounding, still heated mountains add some calm to the fresh notes. A surprising composition with Amber, Cinnamon Oil, Labdanum, Saffron, and Vetiver embody the diverse fjord landscape: Invigorating sea notes refreshing the heated cliffs. Perfumer Julien Rasquinet uses contrasting ingredients in Amouage ENCLAVE, equating them with opposing feelings. Awe & humility as well as freedom & admiration in the face of this natural landscape.

Amouage CRIMSON ROCKS – a twilight over the Al Hajar Mountains

You stand at the highest point of the mighty Al Hajar Mountains in Oman ... This majestic place fills you with confidence, hope, peace, and a deep trust in yourself. Like the solitary, wild rose on the sharp, raw rocks – unwavering, elegant & beautiful. At twilight, it is bathed in an even deeper crimson red, illuminated and made to shine. A romance between rocks and rose – olfactorily captured by Domitille Michalon-Bertier. A perfumer who relies on floral-oriental notes to embody the magnificent grace of the Al Hajar Mountains in Amouage CRIMSON ROCKS. Various innovative rose extracts , which reveal their various facets over time, "red-smelling" cinnamon bark and scent accents of jujube honey, which give the composition a surprising twist. The peculiarities of the Al Hajar Mountains are sensually rounded off with aphrodisiac oak wood, vetiver, and cedarwood .

Amouage ASHORE – the coast of Ras Al Jinz in midsummer

The sun is at its zenith, the breathtakingly beautiful coast of Ras al Jinz, the east coast of Oman beneath it. You feel the warming sun rays from above and the soft, moist sand under your feet. The white sand stretches endlessly... With the wind, you reach delicious scents of exotic spices. India is not far from Ras Al Jinz and entices with spicy scent exotics. Amouage ASHORE is a multisensory fragrance experience, enriched with the light of the dazzling sun and all the temptations of Oman. White and floral, the lovely scent combines bright ingredients: jasmine, amber, and warm sandalwood represent the radiant sun on the white sand and the gentle waves. The spicy notes bring in turmeric & cardamom – the characteristic spices of India. Mackenzie Reilly, the perfumer of Amouage ASHORE, processes her personal encounter with the coast of Ras Al Jinz in this very special fragrance.

Amouage MEANDER – Salalah, the capital of Dhofar, the source of frankincense

Amouage MEANDER springs from the southernmost sultanate during a very special time – the monsoon season. The lush green mountains and the rushing streams are covered with mist. The fertile nature contrasts with the hot, dry desert, where from Boswellia trees the  Frankincense is harvested. This deliberate contrast harmoniously brings together the paradoxical ingredients of Amouage MEANDER. Perfumer Mackenzie Reilly uses frankincense in the top and base notes to convey the surreal mist. Smoky accents are set by vetiver and determine the fragrance composition sustainably. The earthy notes take over carrot heart, sandalwood, and iris root, which sensually-creamy complement the green fragrance notes of cypriol and jonquil. The gentle sophistication of the desert, balsamic textures of frankincense, and lush green landscapes enchant in Amouage MEANDER.
